To celebrate our new office, we’re taking a look at inspiring office spaces from around the world.
We’ll be sharing photos of our office space soon, but in the meantime, here’s a selection of working environments the team admire.
United on all fronts, our practice directors Alan & Paul, chose the same office!

“The Intern” office set – Nancy Meyer & Kristi Zea
Much like the home office edition, my favourite office space for this month comes from another Nancy Meyer’s movie, the Intern! To get the right feel for the ‘About The Fit’ office set the production team based it on real start-up company premises, such as Nasty Gal and Moda Operandi.

Fielden Fowles Studio, London – Fielden Fowles
I love the simplicity and elegance of this timber frame studio for London based architecture practice Fielden Fowles.
The simple, repetitive design is reasonably cost-effective to build [and also disassemblable for future reuse/recycling] but still creates a light-filled and very calming office space – with a great connection to an adjacent landscaped courtyard. It looks like a very peaceful place to work. [Alan]

In a parallel universe (in my head) I work at Renzo Piano Building Workshop, in this beautiful office in Genoa, with a view of the Mediterranean. [Jess]

Feilden Fowles Studio, London – Feilden Fowles
I like this self-funded and initiated project in London for the practice’s own office. The light and airy space; the simple building and its relationship to both the rich landscape scheme and the street feels like it would be a fantastic place to work.
There’s a level of craft here in the materials and the architecture that you just don’t get in speculative office design. [Paul]

The Coven, MN USA – Studio BV
“When women, nonbinary and transgender folks gather together, they create magic.” This is the motto behind The Coven – a coworking space created by four female co-founders who were, quite rightly, frustrated by a lack of diversity when it came to gender, age and race in their industry. So they created The Coven.
This image is from their new space in Saint Paul, Minnesota. It’s full of joy and optimism – it’s like walking into an art gallery. The art and materials in The Coven are all sourced from local artisans and businesses. [Fera]
