Recent planning approvals

We’ve been working steadily to achieve planning approval on a number of schemes recently and are really pleased with the success we’ve achieved over the last few weeks.

Brooklands: a delightful single storey rear extension and new porch in ribbed timber cladding that unlocks an awkward series of spaces and makes a family home for life.

Hunshelf Park Bridge: possibly our smallest project but no less interesting; an elegant bridge giving much needed access from first floor living spaces onto a steeply sloping garden.

Dobcroft: A departure from our normal work; a highly glazed extension to allow the client to enjoy yoga more closely connected with her garden.

Ramsden: A hard fought success that saw our original plans refused. Final proposals still give the clients a much-needed extra bedroom and a fantastic living space for their growing family.
