Emley barn conversion gets go ahead.

We’re very pleased to finally be able to announce that our very exciting barn conversion proposals in Emley have finally received planning approval after a slightly protracted planning process. It’s a beautiful project and one we’re very excited to develop now for construction. We’re hoping to achieve Enerphit (the Passivhaus retrofit standard) for our clients to give them a low energy, extremely comfortable home.

This was one of the projects that was chosen for Architecture Tomorrow, so it’s great the design quality has been recognised and it can be brought to fruition.

The sliding shutters at ground floor will give an ever changing facade, additional security and shading in the summer.
