It hasn’t been the easiest couple of months in terms of planning with a number of sticky projects causing various issues, so it was very gratifying to receive planning approval for this extension and retrofit of a home in Sheffield at the end of last week.

The proposal gives the house additional bedrooms and living space to the rear and also hugely improves the entry sequence and the amount of daylight in the centre of the building plan. We’re very exciting to be taking this further forwards in the coming weeks.
